Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes as you will be on your feet for most of the class. We provide all necessary equipment, aprons, coffee, and learning materials. We recommend bringing a notebook and pen for taking notes, and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. Most importantly, bring your curiosity and enthusiasm!

Yes, for our more intensive courses like the Coffee Business Management program, we offer flexible payment plans. You can typically secure your spot with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due one week before the course start date. Please contact our admissions team to discuss options for a specific course.

Upon successful completion of any of our courses, you will receive an Aperture Coffee School Certificate of Completion, which is highly respected in the local industry. Additionally, several of our advanced modules are designed to align with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) curriculum, and we can guide you on the pathway to achieving SCA certification if that is your goal.

We strongly believe in personalized, hands-on learning. To ensure every student gets ample time on the equipment and direct feedback from instructors, we keep our class sizes small. Our practical courses, like Barista Fundamentals and Latte Art, are capped at a maximum of 6 students per instructor. This ensures a high-quality, impactful learning experience for everyone.
